So, this past Tuesday, I started my training as a server and had a lot of fun, but I’m wondering if I have what it takes to keep everything in mind. This will all pass when I take on some tables. I had one today and surprisingly, I remembered the order verbatim. They started with a Pepsi and Ice Water to drink, crab cakes, and a Hunan Chicken for the gentleman and a bowl of the Lobster Bisque for the lady. My first table ever. Let’s see what else is in store for me and how I will do here on out. There should be some interesting things to talk about.
